Karl Omdahl has spent more than 20 years in the animal health industry, holding sales and leadership roles with Heska, Boehringer Ingelheim, and Elanco. Along the way, he's worked with veterinary practices of all sizes, helping owners evaluate their businesses and make thoughtful decisions about the future. Karl knows that every practice is unique, and that an owner's team, culture, and legacy matter just as much as the numbers. He brings that perspective to helping owners through one of the biggest decisions of their careers.
Home is Minneapolis, Minnesota, where he lives with his wife, Kelly, and their three teenagers, including a set of twins. He played college baseball and later spent time coaching the game. A true outdoorsman, he can usually be found fishing, golfing, out on the water, or cheering from the stands at one of his kids' activities.
