Highpoint Healthcare Advisors was founded in 2023 by Cameron Cruz with a simple goal: to make the process of selling a practice better for the people behind it.

After years in mergers and acquisitions, Cameron saw firsthand how complex, and often impersonal, the process could feel. He set out to build something different: a firm grounded in transparency, guided by integrity, and focused on helping owners achieve the best possible outcome.
